Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other reasons unrelated to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos and/or videos showing the product and the issue
• Photos of the packaging where relevant

Claims submitted after the 24-hour notification period may not be accepted, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Eligibility

If we determine that an item was defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied by Wonderink Shop, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Wonderink Shop reserves the right to request additional information or evidence before approving a claim.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage after delivery, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a product defect.
