What is WonderInk?
WonderInk is a printer your child talks to. They say what they want to see ("a dragon eating spaghetti"), and in seconds it prints as a sticker they can color in. No videos, no scrolling, no ink, no subscription.
What age is it for?
WonderInk is made for kids aged 5 and up, who can use it on their own after a little help with their first few prints. Younger children can enjoy it with a parent, but the printer may not always understand their speech, so a parent may need to say the request for them.
Is the AI safe for my child?
Yes. WonderInk's AI does only two things: it draws coloring pictures and answers kids' questions. It can't chat freely, browse the internet, or show ads. If a child asks for something inappropriate, such as violence, adult content, bad language, politics, or anything harmful, WonderInk refuses to print and shows a message on screen asking them to use polite words.
Does my child need a phone or tablet?
No. You use your phone once, for a few minutes, to connect WonderInk to your wifi. From then on your child uses it by voice alone. The app is optional, for when you want to print from your phone.
Does it need wifi?
Yes. WonderInk uses your home wifi to create each drawing.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. WonderInk has a rechargeable battery, so your child can use it anywhere in the house.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy WonderInk once and it's yours. The only thing you'll ever rebuy is sticker paper.
Does it need ink?
No. WonderInk prints with heat, so there are no cartridges to replace and nothing to spill.
Does it print in color?
No, and that's on purpose. WonderInk prints in black and white so your child can color it in, which is where the creativity happens.
How much paper comes in the box, and where do I get more?
Every WonderInk comes with 1 roll of sticker paper, enough for about 50 stickers. Refill rolls are available in our online shop.
Can I use other thermal paper?
We recommend WonderInk paper only. Other thermal paper fits, but the drawings come out faint and patchy. WonderInk paper rolls are BPA and BPS free.
Are colored pencils included?
No. The pencils, crayons, or markers you already have at home all work.
What is a Knowledge Card?
Your child asks WonderInk a question ("why is the sky blue?"), and it prints a card with the answer, then reads and explains it out loud.
Can I print photos?
Yes, from your phone through the app. Photos print in black and white with a grainy, vintage newspaper look, which is fun but not photo-quality. WonderInk is at its best with drawings.
What languages does it understand?
WonderInk works best in English and French. Arabic is supported but less accurate for now, so we recommend English or French for the best results.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. We deliver anywhere in Lebanon, and you pay when WonderInk arrives at your door.
What if it arrives damaged?
Please check your WonderInk as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp at +961 3 045 621, with your order number and photos or a video of the problem, and we'll replace it.
